Backed by Science
Dimension Ortho offers a 3D cast made of 100% FDA-approved materials that have been biomechanically tested at one of the nation’s leading research facilities. Our cast has received Class 1 Registration from the FDA for food-grade material and biocompatible fabrication.
We have patented IP for our 3D cast and own patents for 3D casts anywhere on the body. Our 3D cast has also been highlighted in over 10 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
3D Scanning
Dimension Ortho offers a comprehensive range of scanning solutions to cater to diverse patient needs. Our first solution employs a mechanical stationary scanner, equipped with secure arm holders that boost stability especially useful for situations when patients may be struggling with tremors. This scanner captures detailed 3D scans of patients within minutes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
In addition to our stationary scanning system, we proudly introduce our latest innovation: the DO patented handheld scanner, powered by cutting-edge AI technology. This compact and scalable device sets a new standard for precision in the market. Despite its unparalleled accuracy, the scanning process itself is remarkably swift, taking only a matter of seconds to complete. With these advanced scanning solutions, Dimension Ortho continues to revolutionize orthopaedic care, providing practitioners with the tools they need to deliver superior patient outcomes.

Delivery and Application
Once production and post-processing of each cast, splint, or brace is complete, we deliver it directly to the clinic, where a cast tech, therapist, or other trained clinician applies the device to the patient. The process takes only a few minutes and requires minimal effort. Removing the cast is even simpler, and the best part? No cast saw is required!
At DO, we go the extra mile to ensure that all offices using our products are updated with the latest technologies. We also actively seek feedback from both patients and clinicians to continually enhance our products, thereby improving the quality of care and the life for all involved.
