3D Printed Casts to Fit Your Lifestyle

An injury does not have to mean no swimming, itchy casts, or struggling to bathe while healing. Dimension Ortho’s passionate team of patient-centric professionals offers a one-of-a-kind cast that fits your lifestyle. Our 3D printed waterproof casts are comfortable, lightweight, and durable. Heal in comfort with a Dimension Ortho cast.

The Discomfort of Traditional Casts

The healing process should not be more uncomfortable than the injury itself. Traditional casts are not only uncomfortable, but they’re also disruptive. Patients who have worn a cast before are likely familiar with the following.

How Dimension Ortho Provides a Better Patient Experience

Our revolutionary cast design eliminates the restrictions of standard casts, ensuring maximum comfort and minimal lifestyle disruption during the healing process. Explore the following aspects of our 3D printed casts to learn how we accomplish this.

Biomechanically tested, 100% FDA-approved materials resist damage from water. This allows patients to enjoy a shower, bath, water sports, or other activities without without having to return to the clinic for recasting.

At DO, we offer nearly 100% custom fits, tailored to each individual patient. We carefully consider factors like swelling and comfort, making necessary adjustments to guarantee the patient’s protection and satisfaction.

Our FDA-approved materials go beyond being waterproof and are also gentle on the skin. This prevents skin irritation and improves the comfort of the skin. Open spaces incorporated into the design allow for airflow that decreases the dreaded itch and odor of traditional options.

Injuries are hard enough, so Dimension Ortho wants to make healing easy. Scanning the injured area takes less than ten seconds with our efficient machine. From there, design, printing, and delivery happen within two days. Rather than the tedious, traditional application process, our trained professionals can apply a cast within 10 minutes.
